Low Voltage Switchgear

ReliaGear® SG low voltage switchgear incorporates the latest in switchgear technology, such as SACE® Emax 2 air circuit breakers, and offers a variety of ratings to meet your most demanding needs.

ReliaGear SG offers main bus ratings from 2000 A to 8000 A, using SACE Emax 2 ACBs with frame sizes ranging from 800 A to 6000 A. Available in four envelope sizes – E1.2, E2.2, E4.2, and E6.2 – ReliaGear SG complies with nominal equipment class standards up to 600 V.

The MNS® metal-enclosed low-voltage power circuit breaker switchgear for ANSI/NEMA/UL offers excellent flexibility due to the modularity of both the electrical and mechanical design.  The modularity enables customization of the structural design, interior arrangement and degree of protection.

The switchgear can be outfitted as needed with standardized components to perfectly adapt the MNS SG to each application.  MNS SG was designed, built and tested to meet all applicable requirements for UL1558, ANSI C37.20.1 and ANSI C37.20.7.

To compliment ABB’s Gerapid High-Speed DC circuit breaker, ABB is pleased to offer UL Recognized OEM Switchgear Modules and drawout Trolleys.

Modules come factory assembled, and can be used to form lineups of DC switchgear. The OEM provides required bussing, wiring, controls and covers necessary to complete the switchgear. The Trolley is designed to accept Gerapid DC breakers, interface with the OEM Module and includes pre-wired secondary control harness and required interlocking.
